These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at https://mawi and any related services provided by MAWI.

By accessing https://mawi, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this website or any of MAWI’s services.

MAWI reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When updates are made, this page will be updated accordingly. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Order & Returns

Orders typically ship the next business day. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened 12-packs. To initiate a return, please email info@mawi.com. We will send you a return shipping label, and you may drop your package at any USPS location. Refunds will be issued for the product cost minus shipping once the items are received and processed.

Limitations of Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer website materials.

  • Remove copyrights or proprietary notices.

  • Rehost or replicate content elsewhere.

  • Disrupt MAWI’s services or network.

  • Use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

  • Violate any laws while using our services.

  • Send spam or unsolicited promotions.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, modify, and display that content as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete your content unless it’s been used in promotional material.

SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

MAWI offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to receive promotional texts. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase.

Opt-In: You may opt in via online forms. By participating, you consent to receive marketing messages, which may use automated systems.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Alternate opt-out methods are not accepted.

Number Changes & Liability: If you change or transfer your number, you must opt out first. Failure to do so may result in liabilities for which you are responsible.

Program Content: Messages may include promotions, product updates, or event info.

Frequency & Support: Message frequency may vary. For help, reply HELP or email info@mawi.com.

MMS Support: If your phone does not support MMS, messages may be sent as SMS.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee message delivery. Carrier issues may prevent timely receipt.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 13 years old. Those aged 13–17 must have parental consent.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to send or use the Program for:

  • Harassment, threats, or unlawful behavior.

  • Obscene, violent, or discriminatory content.

  • Malware or unauthorized software.

  • Unlawful products/services.

  • HIPAA-protected health information.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute will be resolved through individual arbitration in California. No class actions permitted. Arbitration decisions are final. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered. This section survives termination.

Miscellaneous: You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Updates may occur from time to time; continued participation implies agreement to changes.
